Financial Information

Any insurance benefit is solely between the insurance company and the patient. However, as a courtesy to our patients, we will submit all insurance claims on their behalf, at no additional charge. Co-pays are requested at the time of treatment.

For your convenience, we offer Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Financing is also available through Wells Fargo, with 90-day, no interest options.

AFLAC Dental Insurance

We offer AFLAC primary and supplemental dental insurance in our office. To determine if AFLAC would be a benefit for you, please call our office to schedule a complimentary, visual exam.
